Underclassmen refers to any American player who is not
yet a college senior, and any young international player. Last year 14 international
players declared for early entry and the highest previous number was 17 in 2001.
Below is the official list of underclasmen that are eligible
for the 2003 NBA draft, and underclassmen who had declared themselves eligible
but withdrew.
